Daniel has been working in health and lifestyle for over a decade, working on NHS funded and private projects from lifestyle coaching, confidance building and mental health to weight management and exercise rehabilitation. He is a qualified personal trainer and fitness instructor focusing on regaining health and helping clients to become the best version of themselves possible. 

 

He is qualified in:
